Multi-Site Document Review

FeedAssure™ is pleased to offer a Multi-site Document Review for companies with two or more facilities that are HACCP-certified under the FeedAssure™ program.  A Multi-site Document Review can reduce total audit times, saving your company time and money.

A key component of FeedAssure’s™ HACCP audit is a review of the audited facility’s Prerequisite Programs, HACCP plan, and supporting documents.  Where these programs and materials have been developed at a corporate level, are at least 90% identical, and are applied consistently across a group of certified facilities, one document review can be conducted for the sites to which these programs apply.  By combining this step, the total time required for each on-site audit will be reduced.

The Multi-site Document Review is conducted by a qualified SGS auditor off-site, using material and information provided by the company.  To qualify for a Multi-Site Document Review, the document review must be completed at least one 1 week prior to the first on-site audit for the facilities within the group.   All facilities that are part of the group must be audited within 3 months of the off-site review.
